BML fitness event funds Wendover Shed for a WHOLE YEAR!

Local fitness studio, BML Fitness and Personal Training, has raised around £8,000 to be split between Wendover Shed and Aylesbury Women’s Aid.

BML’s 24-hour Fit-a-Thon saw six fitness instructors and around 150 supporters take part in various fitness activities including weights, stretching, bootcamp and an incredible 24-hour continuous Indoor Cycling marathon.

Spinning® Instructor, Dave Walls, who is also a Trustee and Shed Leader at Wendover Shed notes that the Wendover Shed share of the money raised will allow the Shed to operate for an entire year.  This means that Wendover Shed will be able to support 40-50 Shedders each week, for 52 weeks, fully funded by the BML fitness event.  Incredible!

Emma Eustace, owner of BML, acknowledged the incredible support of not only her BML community but also that of around 30 local businesses sponsoring the event or providing raffle prizes.

Wendover Shed thanks everyone involved for their amazing efforts, especially Emma who worked tirelessly to make the event the success it was. To find our more about BML, contact emma@bmlpersonaltraining.com.
